TRANSAERO PRIVILEGE -
A REWARD FOR YOUR LOYALTY

TRANSAERO offers you the chance to take part in Russia’s first frequent-flyer
programme. The idea is simple: every participant in the programme is awarded
a certain number of points for every regular flight with the airline, depending
on the distance and class of the ticket. When you have collected a certain
number of points, you may fly free on the TRANSAERO flight (or flights)
of your choice. We hope this will be a true reward for your loyalty.

HOW TO JOIN THE PROGRAMME

If you decide to join our programme, you will have to
study carefully the general terms and conditions set out in this brochure,
fill in the application form, sign it and send it to the address indicated,
retaining the temporary participant’s card for yourself.


PARTICIPATION IN THE PROGRAMME

Give the number of your card when booking flights through
TRANSAERO offices, present the card when purchasing the tickets at TRANSAERO
offices and, very important, at the check-in desk at the airport, together
with your ticket. Once you have accumulated 1,000 points in your account
during a time period not exceeding twelve months from the moment you joined
the programme, your temporary card will be replaced with a permanent plastic
one. You will simultaneously be provided with a detailed information concerning
the terms and conditions for obtaining a certificate, confirming your right
to a free flight, and on where and how to obtain your ticket.


IMPORTANT

Please understand that it takes a certain time for TRANSAERO
to receive your application form, as well as information confirming your
flights. You may find out the balance of points in your account by ringing
the telephone numbers provided. If you discover that certain data have
not been registered, please give the flight route and the approximate date.

After confirmation, the data will be registered in your
account. Whenever possible, we request that you retain the flight coupons
(or copies) of all your tickets.

Points are awarded for flight tickets purchased at the
tariffs established in accordance with the terms of the programme. Only
TRANSAERO offices can provide you with full and correct information as
to whether the tariff at which you intend to purchase your ticket is included
in the list. We advise you, therefore, to purchase your tickets at our
offices. Importantly, points are awarded for all Business Class tickets.

If the ticket for your TRANSAERO flight is not on a TRANSAERO
form and your TRANSAERO PRIVILEGE card number is not include in the TOUR
CODE column, points must be claimed within a month.


START COLLECTING POINTS RIGHT NOW

You may start using your temporary card immediately. If
you intend to purchase a ticket at a TRANSAERO office, present your card
when the ticket is being issued. If you already purchased your ticket,
present your card together with the ticket when you register for your flight.
If you fill out your application form during your flight, enclose a copy
of your flight coupon in the envelope with the form, and send them to the
address indicated.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS


  1. Any passenger of the age of 18 or over may become a member
    of the programme. Each passenger shall participate in the programme individually.
  2. The date on which the application form is filled out
    is taken as the starting date of participation in the programme.
  3. TRANSAERO shall retain the right to cancel or change
    the entire TRANSAERO PRIVILEGE programme or any part of it at any time,
    with or without prior notice. In the event of the cancellation of the programme,
    all points accumulated by the participants in the programme may by canceled.
    TRANSAERO will take all possible measures to ensure that prior notice is
    given. TRANSAERO shall not bear responsibility for any losses arising as
    a result of such changes or cancellations.
  4. TRANSAERO shall retain the right to cancel the membership
    of any participant in the programme, to reclaim their temporary or permanent
    membership card and to cancel the points they have collected in the event
    that the terms and conditions of the programme are violated. TRANSAERO
    shall retain the right to refuse membership at its own discretion.
  5. Every participant in the programme is advised to keep
    a check on the number of points in his/her account and on any changes in
    the terms and conditions of the programme.
  6. Every participant shall bear responsibility for informing
    TRANSAERO in good time of any change of address, telephone number or other
    relevant information.
  7. Points shall be awarded only to the member of the programme
    who makes the flight.

    Members shall receive points for the flight to the destination indicated
    on the ticket. If stop-overs or transfers are made en route, points shall
    be awarded for each leg of the flight.

  8. Points shall not be awarded if the ticket is issued:

  9. — for a charter flight;

    — at a group tariff;

    — at a children’s tariff;

    — at a youth tariff;

    — with ID, AD, BP, IT, or PD reductions;

    — at YFX, YSALE, or YSAVER tariffs.

    The list of tariffs for which points are not awarded is subject to change.


  10. Points shall be awarded only for flights undertaken from
    the date of the passenger’s membership in the programme.

    Each participant in the programme shall have only one account. A second
    account may by annulled without prior notice.

    In order to receive points, not only shall a ticket be purchased, but also
    the flight undertaken. Points shall not be awarded for unused tickets.

  11. The points in one account may not be combined with the
    points in other accounts.
  12. In the event that no points are registered in an account
    within the period of six months of the account being opened, or that 1,000
    points were not collected within the period of twelve months of the account
    being opened, or that no points were registered for twelve months from
    the last time points were awarded, the account may be closed without prior
    notice.

    A closed account and the data in it shall not be restored.

  13. The points collected for obtaining a benefit shall be
    valid for two years. Thus, only points collected within a period of two
    calendar years before the last points were registered, shall be regarded
    as valid, irrespective of the number of points collected by the participant
    during his or her membership in the programme.
  14. Each participant may use only one temporary card. If
    it is discovered that points have been awarded to more than one account,
    only points in the account first opened will be considered valid. All other
    accounts and points in them may be canceled without prior notice.
  15. Only the person whose name figures on the temporary or
    permanent card may use the card.
  16. A temporary card may only be used for the purpose of
    registration in the programme and collection of points. It does not entitle
    its holder to enjoy benefits under the programme.
  17. Once 1,000 points have been accumulated during a period
    of no more than twelve months from joining the programme, the temporary
    card will be replaced with a permanent one. The permanent card entitles
    its holder to enjoy privileges under the programme.

    Both the temporary and the permanent card are the property of TRANSAERO
    and shall be returned by the participant on demand.

  18. The document confirming the right of the participant
    in the programme to receive a free ticket shall be the TRANSAERO certificate.
  19. A certificate may be issued only after the participant
    has accumulated a full 500 points.

    The certificate and the ticket issued on its basis shall be withdrawn if
    their use involved infringement of the terms and conditions of the programme.

    In the event of the loss of the certificate or the ticket issued on its
    basis, no duplicate may be issued.

    The certificate shall be valid for a period of two years from the date
    of its issue and only a valid certificate may be used for obtaining a ticket.

    A certificate that has expired shall be withdrawn.

    No monetary or other compensation shall be provided for an unused certificate.

    Once a certificate has been issued and handed over to the participant,
    it may not be returned to TRANSAERO.

  20. TRANSAERO shall retain the right to restrict the number
    of seats available to certificate holders (free tickets) on flights to
    individual or all destinations.

    For this reason, TRANSAERO may refuse to book a seat on the basis of a
    certificate on a specific date or flight.

TRANSAERO PRIVILEGE programme membership cards

With the view to the TRANSAERO PRIVILEGE programme, TRANSAERO
is introducing three different levels of service for the participants in
the TRANSAERO PRIVILEGE programme.

TRANSAERO PRIVILEGE
TRANSAERO SILVER PRIVILEGE
TRANSAERO GOLD PRIVILEGE

Each service level has a corresponding membership card
of its own:

PRIVILEGE (card numbers begin with 009)
SILVER PRIVILEGE (card numbers begin with 008)
GOLD PRIVILEGE (card numbers begin with 007)

entitling the card-holder to a specific level of service
provided by TRANSAERO.

TRANSAERO PRIVILEGE programme member accounts

In order to determine the level of service for the TRANSAERO
PRIVILEGE programme participant, the concept of a “service level account”
is being introduced. Points received by the participant for journeys on
scheduled TRANSAERO flights and bonus points awarded by TRANSAERO are credited
to this account, as well as the number of one-way flights made by the participant
during a period of time set by the airline. The service level account is
used to raise the level of service provided to the TRANSAERO PRIVILEGE
programme participant from PRIVILEGE to TRANSAERO SILVER PRIVILEGE and
TRANSAERO GOLD PRIVILEGE, as well as to extend participation at these levels.

For the receipt of benefits, the “ benefit account” will
be used. Into this account, the following points will be deposited:

A change in the service level does not affect the number
of points required to receive benefits under the TRANSAERO PRIVILEGE programme.

Determining the service level

The service level is determined by the number of one-way
flights taken by the participant in the TRANSAERO PRIVILEGE programme on
TRANSAERO scheduled flights or the number of points received by its member
for travelling on TRANSAERO scheduled flights during a twelve-month period
from the date when his previous membership card was opened. Points received
under the programmes carried out in conjunction with TRANSAERO partners
are not taken into account.

A review of the state of the member’s account for the
purpose of raising his/her service level, extending the validity of the
card at the given level or reducing the service level, shall be carried
out after the first twelve month period or each twelve-month period (set
by TRANSAERO) following the opening of the latest current membership card.
An exception shall be the review of the state of the member’s account at
the TRANSAERO PRIVILEGE level, which shall be carried out according to
the General Terms and Conditions of the TRANSAERO PRIVILEGE programme.

TRANSAERO shall retain the right to review and change
at any time the number of points and flights, as well as the time period
for their collection, required for raising or lowering the service level,
extension of service at the given level or the cancellation of membership
in the TRANSAERO PRIVILEGE programme.

The TRANSAERO PRIVILEGE level

The plastic card received by the member after joining
the TRANSAERO PRIVILEGE programme automatically entitles the card-holder
to service at the TRANSAERO PRIVILEGE level.

Extension of membership at the TRANSAERO PRIVILEGE
level

In order fo the PRIVILEGE card-holder to continue participating
in the TRANSAERO PRIVILEGE programme, points shall be transferred to the
member’s account for at least one ticket used on a TRANSAERO scheduled
flight during the twelve months following the opening of the current membership
card.

Cancellation of programme membership

Cancellation of membership in the TRANSAERO PRIVILEGE
programme shall be regulated pursuant to Para. 11 of the General Terms
and Conditions of the programme.

The TRANSAERO SILVER PRIVILEGE level

If, during the first twelve months after the opening of
the current card, no more than 30,000 and no less than 15,000 points or
no more than 50 and no less than 25 one-way flights are registered in the
PRIVILEGE card-holder’s account, the participant in the programme shall
automatically receive a SILVER PRIVILEGE card effective for twelve months
from the date of its opening. The card shall be valid from the 1st day
of the month following the rise in service level.

Extension of membership at the TRANSAERO SILVER PRIVILEGE
level

If no more than 30,000 and no less than 15,000 points
or no more than 50 and no less than 25 one-way flights are registered in
the account of the SILVER PRIVILEGE card-holder, during the first twelve
months after the opening of the current card, the participant in the programme
shall receive a new SILVER PRIVILEGE card effective for twelve months from
the date of its opening. The card shall be valid from the 1st day of the
month following the expiry of the previous SILVER PRIVILEGE card.

Reduction to PRIVILEGE level

If the card-holder accumulates less than 15,000 points
or less than 25 one-way flights in his/her service level account, during
the first twelve months from the date of the opening of the SILVER PRIVILEGE
card, he/she shall automatically receive a new PRIVILEGE card effective
for two years from the date of its opening. The card shall become valid
from the 1st day of the month following the reduction in service level.
The SILVER PRIVILEGE card shall be returned to the PRIVILEGE group.

The TRANSAERO GOLD PRIVILEGE level

A participant in the TRANSAERO PRIVILEGE programme who
holds a current PRIVILEGE or SILVER PRIVILEGE card and who has collected
in his service level account at least 30,000 points or at least 50 one-way
flights, during a period of no more than twelve months from the date of
the opening of the current card, shall automatically receive a GOLD PRIVILEGE
card effective for twelve months from the date of its opening. The card
shall become valid on the 1st day of the month following the rise in service
level.

Extension of TRANSAERO GOLD SERVICE level

If no less than 30,000 points or at least 50 one-way flights
are registered in the service level account of the GOLD PRIVILEGE card-holder,
during the twelve months from the opening of the current card, he/she shall
automatically receive a new GOLD PRIVILEGE card effective for twelve months
from the date of its opening. The card shall become valid from the 1st
day of the month following the expiry of the previous GOLD PRIVILEGE card.

Reduction to SILVER PRIVILEGE level

If the GOLD PRIVILEGE card-holder collects between 15,000
and 30,000 points or between 25 and 50 one-way flights in his/her service
level account during the twelve months following the opening of his current
card, he/she shall automatically receive a new SILVER PRIVILEGE card effective
for twelve months from the date of its opening. The card shall become valid
from the 1st day of the month following the reduction in service level.
The GOLD PRIVILEGE card shall be returned to the PRIVILEGE group.

Reduction to PRIVILEGE level

If the GOLD PRIVILEGE card-holder collects less than 15,000
points or 25 one-way flights in his/her service level account during the
twelve months following the opening of the current card, he/she shall automatically
receive a new PRIVILEGE card effective for two years from the date of its
opening. The card shall become valid from the 1st day of the month following
the reduction in service level. The GOLD PRIVILEGE card shall be returned
to the PRIVILEGE group.

Benefits enjoyed by PRIVILEGE, SILVER PRIVILEGE and
GOLD PRIVILEGE card-holders

The benefits listed below may be received only on TRANSAERO
scheduled flights, upon presentation of the corresponding card valid for
the flight date. TRANSAERO shall retain the right to review and change
the privileges at each service level. The list of benefits may be amended
or restricted depending on the conditions of the specific representative
office. TRANSAERO will take all reasonable measures to ensure the provision
of additional benebits announced for SILVER PRIVILEGE and GOLD PRIVILEGE
card-holders.
